You need to be willing to align yourself with our business values, which you can read about here. We’re registered providers with the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Department of Veteran Affairs. This means you’ll need to be comfortable working with people who have a disability.

Here are qualifications and requirements we regularly seek in our employees (or the ability to obtain):
- national police clearance
- Blue Card and Yellow Card exemption
- Mental Health First Aid Certificate (cleaners and in-house support workers)
- First Aid Certificate (in-house support workers)
- reliable vehicle and a clean, valid driver licence
- availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm with occasional Saturday work
We usually require an immediate start, if possible. If you’ve got previous experience working alongside people with a disability, that’s highly desirable.
