Integrity Care and Support has a reputation of providing a high-quality service to our increasing client base. This has allowed us to expand our services and employ more people living in our local community.

As such, we regularly advertise for staff for the following roles:
* support workers to provide in-home care and support as well as transport assistance
* cleaners
* garden and yard maintenance workers

We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of high-quality services to our clients. We are NDIS and DVA approved and registered, which allows us to have clients from all walks of life. Many of our clients have some form of disability, and we want them to be included in the wonderful community we live in.

You need to be willing to align yourself with our business values, which you can read about here. We’re registered providers with the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Department of Veteran Affairs. This means you’ll need to be comfortable working with people who have a disability.

Further requirements

 

Here are qualifications and requirements we regularly seek in our employees (or the ability to obtain):

  • national police clearance
  • Blue Card and Yellow Card exemption
  • Mental Health First Aid Certificate (cleaners and in-house support workers)
  • First Aid Certificate (in-house support workers)
  • reliable vehicle and a clean, valid driver licence
  • availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm with occasional Saturday work

 

We usually require an immediate start, if possible. If you’ve got previous experience working alongside people with a disability, that’s highly desirable.
